Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
